How to contact Oskey support and get information?

If you have any questions or need assistance with the Oskey system, there are several resources and contact channels available. This article details the different ways to get help and information.

Before contacting us directly, we invite you to consult our Knowledge base accessible from the app. You will find answers to frequently asked questions and detailed user guides that may help you quickly resolve your concerns.

Contact Oskey Support

If you can't find the answer to your question in our help center or if you need personalized assistance, here's how to contact us:

For a support request or to report a technical issue:

The most direct way is to use our chat service available in the app (Menu > Help center > Oskey Support). This will allow you to chat with Klavis our AI assistant, who has been trained to efficiently solve most issues.
If you wish to speak with a human, simply ask Klavis and he'll connect you.

For phone support:

A phone line is accessible from the app: Menu > Help Center > Call Center.

💡 Both for chat and for phone support, our human operators are only available Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 

In case of emergency:

An on-call team is available 24/7 to handle urgent requests.
Just describe your situation as clearly as possible to Klavis in the chat, so that he can alert our on-call team if necessary.
