How do I manage my personal code?

Your personal code provides a secure and individual access method for the various doors in your building. This article details the procedure for viewing your code, generating a new one, and specifies its conditions of use and validity.

View your personal code

To view your current personal code, or if you have forgotten it, follow these simple steps in the app:

  1. In the app, open the Home tab.

  2. Click on the icon on the top right corner of your screen and select Building information.

  3. Tap My PIN code. Your personal code will then be displayed on the screen.

Use and Validity of Your Personal Code

  • Validity period: The period during which your personal code remains active is defined by your property manager. They determine the frequency of automatic code renewal. You can view this information directly in the app, in the Personal code section (accessible via Menu > Access methods).

  • By default, your personal code is valid for all doors in your building equipped with the system to which you have access.

💡 It's important to note that your property manager has the ability to configure the system to require a separate personal code for each door, if deemed necessary. For more information on this, contact your property manager.
