How can the user manage their Oskey account?

How can a resident create their Oskey account?
Choose your authentication method: use your Google account, Apple account, or your email address.
Enter the verification code received by email.
Enter your mobile phone number.
Enter the verification code received by SMS.
Enter your first and last name to complete account creation.
For resident administrators: Use the email address and phone number you provided to your manager.
💡 You will also have the option to register using your Google or Apple account, provided that the email address or phone number associated with these services matches those known to your manager.For others: You can register with the email address and phone number of your choice.
💡 While recommended, using the Oskey app is not required to access your building. Alternative methods exist if you do not wish to use it.How can the resident log in to their account?
Enter the email address you used when registering.
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter this code in the app to continue.
Next, a second unique verification code will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS.
Enter this second code in the app to log in to your account.
How can a resident change their email address?
Go to the Menu tab and click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap the information you wish to change (email address or phone number).
Enter your new personal information (email address or phone number) and confirm.
A verification code will be sent to your new email address or phone number. Enter this code in the app to confirm the change.
Once verification is successful, you will be logged out for security reasons. You will then need to log back in with your new credentials.
How can a resident change their phone number?
Go to the Menu tab and click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap on the information you wish to change (email address or phone number).

How can a resident delete their account?
Go to the Menu tab
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Data Privacy.
Tap Delete my account.
Carefully read the information about the consequences of deletion, then confirm by tapping Delete my account again.
For security reasons, you will need to verify your identity by entering a code received via SMS.
On the next screen, tap Accept to authorize the deletion process.
Once authorization is granted, your account will be permanently deleted.
⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. You will immediately lose access to all buildings associated with your account, as well as any guest access you may have granted. All your data will be permanently erased within 3 months of your deletion request.Related Articles
